Good. As governments have become more comfortable with Back to Work legislation and forced Binding Arbitration, companies no longer are motivated to bargain in good faith. Wildcatting is the natural consequence. Solidarity with the Flight Attendants ✊.
I’m told by the union representing Air Canada flight attendants that they intend to defy the back to work order.
