And finally, Mark met the team at @nepacsinfo, which helps families, young people and children affected by the criminal justice system - including providing pre-visit support for young people visiting parents in prison.

Next up was the Durham Christian Partnership's warehouse on the edge of Durham, which is the logistics hub for around 30 foodbanks across the region. The charity also helps people get on top of debt, with money advice.
