@KybrdWrrr A friend argued for blanket rezoning last year.This year, as she visits her son in inner city Edm. she has an entirely diff opinion.There are 9 multi unit buildings on about one block. Their once thriving neighborhood is ruined and streets are so narrow that mirrors are broken
