Beautiful work @SonnenKatharina !!
Ever wondered how stem cells ensure a balance between cell fates in the gut?⚖️Turns out, they’ve got rhythm!🎶Our latest research reveals that NOTCH-driven oscillations regulate stem/progenitor cell abundance and specify secretory subtypes. Check it out: https://t.co/qvEsbAbx5O

Have just briefly looked at it and I am very impressed! Will go through this in detail! Congratulations on this achievement! Let’s now multiplex proteins and protein states/ cell state markers into this 😜

This was a fantastic collaboration. Optimal transport-based approaches empowered by deep learning work really well with 4i. Learning complex drug responses of individual cells and predict them from untreated cells is a huge step towards predictive functional precision medicine!
