Day one of #ERSCongress was a busy one teaching small groups in a neuromuscular electrical stimulation workshop with the brilliant Roy Meys from CIRO. Having presented and done the same practical 8 times yesterday, I'm looking forward to more variety today 😁

The NHS is 75 today, and so is Dad. The NHS has been there for my dad his whole life. May that continue to be the case for all of us! He's also been an @CersResearch volunteer! 20 miles at lunchtime to celebrate. Bet my legs hurt more than his. #NHS75 #keepmoving
