Fabulous journal club by Hannah Polak this morning, presenting: Inhaled corticosteroids(ICS) &major cardiovascular events (MACE) in people with COPD. Conclusion:ICS did not reduce MACE except heart failure, likely due to reducing misclassified COPD exacerbations

Great journal club this morning by @EnyaDaynesPT . “Long-Term Oxygen Therapy for 24 or 15 hours per Day in Severe Hypoxemia” . Started with history of O2 therapy research. Conclusion: 24hrs of O2 therapy did not lower hospitalisation or death within 1 year than 15hrs/day
