Blowing into a conch shell could help tackle the symptoms of sleep apnoea according to a study. It would be good to see the conch blowing approach tested on a larger scale and compared with other proven strategies.

Great to see Dr @JPAllinson talk about the importance of understanding early COPD. He also emphasised the strong link between social deprivation and the risk of developing COPD, as well as COPD contributing to a vicious cycle of social deprivation as an adult.
