This couldn’t be more true. I can’t tell you how lucky I was…or am…because to this day I am still close friends with almost every coach I ever had…and I would do anything for them as I’m sure they would for me. Those relationships mean so much! 🫶🏼.
Coaching is a service industry. How kids experience coaching does more good or more damage than most people can imagine. How coaches make kids feel impacts many areas of their lives: how they learn/grow, their perception of authority & in turn, their futures. Serve the kids well!.
