And now new, stronger illnesses sweep through our schools. Some are seen: the coughing, aches, wheezing, rashes.
But some are unseen: fear, panic, worry, despair.
But targets remain the same for attendance, league tables stay, Ofsted ramp up the expectations.

I really don't know how you guys on the front line are coping right now. I fear that the current situation is not sustainable and as attrition forces people out they will be replaced by those simply not ready. This does not bode well. Look after yourself.
