to not close images, keep results and keep ROIs in the ROI Manager use " run("Fresh Start", "keep_images keep_results keep_rois"); "

In human endometrial cells physiological levels of Oestrogen and Progesterone can induce NR formation. This can be blocked by their respective antagonists tamoxifen or mifepristone. The NR can be assembled and disassembled without cell division.

The Nucleoplasmic Reticulum (NR) is continuous with the nuclear envelope. It can involve just the inner nuclear envelope or both the inner and outer nuclear envelope. If it has both then the NR has a cytoplasmic core that is continuous with the cytoplasm.

Basically, in endometrial cells physiological levels of Oestrogen and Progesterone can induce #NucleoplasmicReticulum (NR) formation. This requires newly synthesised lipids and lamin (B1) proteins. @MDPIOpenAccess @IJMS_MDPI #CellBiology #Microscopy

We published two papers recently about the #NucleoplasmicReticulum (NR). We showed that the NR can be present both in physiological and pathological conditions. A thread⬇️. Physiological: Pathological: #CellBiology #Microscopy.

@MAG2ART Public Service Announcement: nucleoplasmic invaginations ("nucleoplasmic reticulum") remain one of the most unexplored common phenomena in cellular biology--most likely due to their rarity in adherent cultured cells. at the tissue scale, they are the norm, not the exception.
