San Vicente Redwoods will be closed Friday 10/18 and Saturday 10/19 due to a Red Flag Warning in place. The forecast for San Vicente Redwoods predicts winds reaching 25-30mph with gusts of 50mph. We will be open again on Sunday 10/20.

What a storm! Our access team recorded nearly 4” of rain & roughly 29 mph winds at San Vicente Redwoods yesterday. The property will remain closed until Feb. 7 for storm clean-up & safety assessment. Please continue to check our website for closure information prior to visiting.

The SVR trails will be closed due to unsafe conditions Wed, Jan 31-Thurs, Feb 1 due to a High Wind Warning. Wind gusts are forecasted for 55mph on the ridge and heavy rain is expected. The Land Trust website will be updated when the trails reopen and the closure is lifted.
