Caltrans completed another effort to remove litter and encampments along our state highway system. Our latest effort took place near US 101/North Milpas On-Ramp in the City of Santa Barbara. Those impacted are offered services by outreach partners. @CaltransHQ

On Tuesday, Nov. 25 travelers on Hwy. 154 between US 101 and Foxen Canyon Rd. will encounter a lane closure from 9 am to 3 pm with one-way flagging operations and delays of up to 10 minutes. Crews to clear drainages affected by runoff of dirt and debris following recent rainfall.

A railroad maintenance project will close the intersection of Hwy. 58 and El Camino Real in Santa Margarita from Saturday, Nov. 22 at 6 am through Tuesday, Nov. 25 at noon. Travelers will leave Hwy. 58 and detour on Encina Ave. and H Street before returning to the highway.
