I suffer from severe migraines everyday. They're very painful and intense. I usually try to push through them but the pass couple days have been really hard to function. Show me some love and keep me in your prayers please.

I'm sorry to my twitter family that I wasn't on here last night to provide positive comments. I suffered from an intense and severe migraine. I took all my meds and went to bed early. I was barely functioning last night. I'm doing better today.

So I did 2 brackets. One that automatically that picks the top teams for you and the manual. I'm 0 percent on the automatic one. Doing good manually. I know which one I'm sticking with.

I love it when people block you for sticking up for yourself and speaking your mind. They think that's the way out and made the right decision. It's not. It's the cowardly way out and they don't know how to stick up for themselves. So sad.

My therapist wanted me to write a letter to myself to how supportive I could be supportive to myself while healing from my divorce. I've been divorced 12 years but I never got to process. I'm just now starting to heal.

Just be there for him. Ask what you can do for him. Listen to him. Take what he says to heart. Check on him often. Stay by his side. Stay positive. I'm a 2 time cancer survivor myself. Anything is possible. He is in my thoughts and prayers. Hugs to you and his family.
