A very retrograde & disappointing tax decision by the SC coming in. Shakes the confidence of business community & goes contrary to taxpayer friendly tax regime. SC invokes Art 142 to fundamentally change the facts & law! Reverses batch decisions, department wins! Copy awaited.

I hunted, killed, and ate a wild baboon (brains and all) with the indigenous Hadza tribe in Africa. Here are the 13 things I learned about human health along the way. 👇 THREAD

The Hadza men "work" for about 3-4 hours a day hunting or making bows and arrows, the women about the same time maintaining the camp. The rest of their time is spent laughing, telling stories, sleeping, or playing music. No rushing, no stress, no worry.

All Indians can agree: British colonization was THE worst thing that happened to India. Even worse than the Turko-Mughals whose damages were partially mitigated. But the British damage to ancient borders, economy, demography, native technology & national psyche were irreversible.

What kind of message is @IndiaSports sending to women by including Devdutt Pattnaik as a speaker in its 'National Youth Festival' event? Abuse women and be hailed as an inspiration for youth? @ianuragthakur

Finally saw the @Netflix film “Don’t Look Up,” a fictional tale of a Nation distracted by pop-culture and divided on whether to heed dire warnings of scientists. Everything I know about news-cycles, talk shows, social media, & politics tells me the film was instead a documentary

Going by how Foxconn Chennai and Sterlite Thoothukudi, are being sabotaged by Indians at the behest of someone, one thing is now certain Be it 1757, 1807, 1857, 1907, 1947, 1977, 2020, 2057, you can easily find Indians who will betray other Indians, for 10 pieces of silver

Neither Tata nor Mahindra have the base platform or an engine powerful enough for such a heavy car. And it makes no sense to develop one (would take years & no business case). You obviously have no idea how the auto industry works..

But, in the spirit of ‘vocal for local’ should he not have got the Tata’s or Mahindra’s to build him a spectacular Indian armoured limousine?

Here it is: humanity’s final look at @NASAWebb as it heads into deep space to answer our biggest questions. Alone in the vastness of space, Webb will soon begin an approximately two-week process to deploy its antennas, mirrors, and sunshield. #UnfoldTheUniverse
