This brings me to tears. I'm not a particularly religious person but I cannot deny the Hand of God in my life. My mother was bereft & prayed for guidance from God & her father in heaven, on the anniversary of his death on Christmas eve 1981, bc my parents had been waiting so long.
Why I am defined by my faith. I've felt God's presence multiple times in my life. He's brought me through more valleys than I can even count. Me being alive right now is a testament to His glory. My mother almost lost me to pneumonia at the age of 2. I ended up having a portion.
