Bail hearing adjourned 6 (six) times is indicative of crisis in @JudiciaryUG.
Today, 38 NUP supporters appeared again before the Chief Magistrate’s Court in Mbarara for their bail application hearing, which has already been adjourned six times. State attorneys asked the court to dismiss the application, citing gaps and urging that the matter be handled

Self-defense is a known and lawful defense as long as it is proportionate to the threat. But think twice when out-numbered or out-muscled as it could worsen your situation on the ground.
Dear counsel @kiizaeron and @GeorgeMusisi4 , if someone confronts me violently and I instinctively fight back to defend myself, does the law see me as an offender, or as a person exercising their right to self-defense?
