The customer/buyer journey doesn't start at the "Awareness" stage, it starts at "Need Recognition". If you can help your customer to identify their dormant/hidden needs, and how your brand uniquely solves them, you'll be ahead of the game. #Marketing

To those companies who see marketing as merely an expense (and not as an investment)... You will get out of your marketing function exactly what you put into it. Don't expect 'champagne' outcomes from 'club soda' resources.
