📊 Did you know? Clean energy helps to keep electricity prices in check. @EIAgov data compiled by ACP shows that states with the largest share of renewables in their energy mix have also seen significantly lower electricity prices over the last year when compared to the

The reason for the change doesn't have to be pure, but the result is still the same ;). A baby step is a baby step when it comes to energy transition.

Copper thieves are tearing wire out of Los Angeles streetlights, and both residents and city workers are fed up. That’s why the city is swapping in solar-powered, wire-free streetlights that aren’t connected to the grid. https://t.co/ZNDCLYY1PF

As U.S. cities battle thieves who swipe copper wiring from streetlights, solar fixtures are becoming a financial no-brainer despite their higher price tag.

Arizona is building the first solar canal in the U.S. . Solar-covered canals will generate renewable energy and save water in this notoriously dry area: https://t.co/h7VQMpo9iP We have so many solutions to this crisis. Implement them. #ActOnClimate #climate #energy #renewables

What I don't understand about the energy transition... we focus on "pros and cons" for renewable tech we are trying to implement and use the "cons" as an excuse to not promote it...but we never compare to the "cons" of natural gas because that might bring renewables out on top ;)

Families across New England avoided blackouts and saved big during June's brutal heat wave thanks to rooftop solar & battery storage. Local clean energy cut power demand when it mattered most. Saving >$20M & keeping the lights (& ACs) on. @CanaryMediaInc https://t.co/Dsid4Is3t2

On the hottest day this year, behind-the-meter solar panels and a growing network of batteries helped prevent blackouts and saved consumers millions of…

My ultimate goal is to create a company that makes climate and energy transition information more accessible to a general population. No crazy buzz words, no scare tactics, just interesting facts so that anyone can make an informed decision.

2030 is a little more than four years away. Stunts like this are why you don't have official party status. Perhaps you could legislate that we all get a unicorn by next Tuesday?

Today in Parliament I introduced the National Renewable Energy Strategy Act. This bill mandates a national strategy to achieve 100% renewable electricity generation in Canada by 2030. I urge all MPs to support this vital initiative for our country and our planet.🌎🇨🇦

We need to get to a place where we aren’t scared to talk about our crazy thoughts, bad days, or even our diagnosis. More people are affected then we think and those people don’t want to be scared to share what makes them themselves. #BellLetsTalk

This is great progress and an interesting article. Sets an example for other companies for coal phase out, but is natural gas really that different from coal when it comes to emissions? https://t.co/FKmQt0whi7

TransAlta says the conversion of the Keephills Unit 3 power plant west of Edmonton to natural gas is the last of three plant conversions from coal the company has undertaken.
