2) make all referencing standard at first submission- finally at copy editing make changes specifically to journal @NDTsocial @CKJsocial @AmJNephrol

3) allow reviews from prior submission to a equally acceptable journal to be part of your review process- doesn’t waste authors time and allows for timely publishing

4) language related revisions should be saved for later as many good submissions can come from non native english speakers

5) ask reviewers to comment more on the science , stats and clinical significance and not focus on format and language
