@EPIC_India’s @kaushikdeb spoke @UniMelb’s Global Centre–Delhi, highlighting #energychallenges for the Global South. He noted that even if rich nations reach carbon neutrality, the cruel burden on non-OECD countries would still be to cut emissions by over 80% to stay below 2°C.
