What a bittersweet moment this is! Thank you for all of the miles and for agreeing to join a group of strangers on our journey around the world, Keith. And, of course, for the motivation to get us across the first finish line in time 🍨🍨🍨!
As I reflect on this - 3 years and almost 4 months, over 48,000 miles, and thousands of texts amongst friends who to this day I mostly have not met irl. We earned our buckle as well as our medals to complete the world map. What an amazing trip this has been!

When you encounter others on a trail, offer a friendly “hello” or a nod. This helps create a friendly atmosphere. If you approach a trail user from behind, announce yourself in a friendly, calm tone. Yelling “that chipmunk stole my car keys, run for your lives” is not helpful.
