• Those who do not know the difference between fast lane and service lane FRSC and LASTMA will use you to shine this year if you don’t repent. To all road users who drove irresponsibly in 2025: Please try not to kill yourself this year or kill others whose time has not come.

We are all Lagosians. We all have the potential to run wild. Na home training and enlightenment dey stop some of us. Pedestrians are not left out. You slow down for them to cross and they start catwalking. Abeg sister, move fast—I am not inspecting a guard of honour

• Those you give way to join a lane, only for them to immediately exit, creating space for other drivers and making you look like you have nowhere important to go

And if you mistakenly follow them, the rest is history—especially if your licence has expired or uniformed officers are present 🚨

• Those at traffic lights texting or pressing phones, crawling like millipedes while we wait patiently behind • Those who slow down on green, then speed off on amber so red light catches the rest of us

• Those RX350/360 drivers and others like them: life is not that hard. Learn your road signs and stop unnecessary exuberance • Those who overtake you like they’re travelling abroad, only to turn at the next exit. What is going on in your mind?

• Those Sienna drivers who think they own the road and bully other road users • Those Bedford tankers (or log carriers) whose vehicles are so slow that if you’re behind them, you have entered one chance

• Those who drive anyhow • Those who do not indicate before making a turn • Those who flash very bright lights when illumination is low, forgetting that some people are photosensitive

Heartbreaking. St Mary's Catholic School in Nigeria was attacked overnight with more than 50 students and teachers being kidnapped. Enough is enough. We must do everything we can to defend our brothers and sisters in Christ.
