We also found a big gap in the likelihood between power users and median workers to utilize the most capable AI tools like deep research, coding etc.
OpenAI dropped a State of Enterprise report across 1M customers. The gulf between AI “power users” and everyone else is WIDE. The 95th percentile user sends 6x more messages than the median - with coding, writing, and analysis showing the biggest gaps.

I'm seeing lots of confusion about ads rumors in ChatGPT. There are no live tests for ads – any screenshots you’ve seen are either not real or not ads. If we do pursue ads, we’ll take a thoughtful approach. People trust ChatGPT and anything we do will be designed to respect that.
