I learned today, Delhi Twp patrol officer Heather Taylor had been interested in 2002 disappearance of Stephanie Nguyen and her two kids. Taylor asked detectives if she could take a look at the case. That led to yesterday’s discovery of Nguyen’s car in the Ohio River.
