Professor @UTLaw & Fellow @maxplancklaw. International law, gender & history of international law.
Toronto, Canada
Joined January 2014
I just learned of the passing of Bill Graham. When I was a student at @UTLaw he taught me #EU law. When Bill entered politics, I worked on his early campaigns. He was a wonderful human being, as @karen_knop expresses here. & an outstanding foreign & defense minister for #Canada.
For a sense of the warmth, energy & frankness that Bill Graham brought to exchanges with students, check out this 2014 piece fr @UltraVires, the student newspaper at @UTLaw, where he had earlier been an int'l law prof https://t.co/gJINQvTOfo
