The US has lifted sanctions on Bosnian Serb leader Milorad Dodik. I’m honestly surprised. Dodik was placed under US sanctions by the outgoing Obama administration for undermining the Dayton Accords in 2017. US sanctions on Dodik’s associates and family have also been lifted.
