I call this the “Zillow Effect” . Seamless online transactions increases demand while supply stays the same. Applies to housing, job applications, college applications, used items, concert tickets, dating, hot vacation spots, and more.

Prism PSA:. Don't use filled() to check if your chunk is empty. You'll end up with sentences concatenated like:."Prism is the should use it.". Filled checks if a trimmed string is empty, and trim trims \n!. So if a chunk is just \n, you will lose that.

I mean that’s not even cheating, that just makes someone who would have been dead weight anyway a little more useful. It’s a dedicated team member that curates ChatGPT suggestions about the meeting. Like to use this, you actually have to actively engage with it.

Also, no paid FluxUI components, so everyone can start out free. But you know I wish I could have used all the pro components. @calebporzio really created something special here. Even people horrible at implementing designs (me) can create beautiful interfaces!.

Stream thinking & tool calls thanks to @heytjmiller & prismphp, the laravel way of talking to LLMs. We send all the chunks we get from openai straight to the frontend. Some wire:stream and a little alpinejs is all it takes!
