“Never conflate running and sprinting” - Tony Holler @pntrack . Keep it simple. Get faster, keep it minimal. Improve performance. Conditioning will come with better speed and injury prevention with freshness. Conditioning will also come from the sport.

Stud! Finished the year with a state title! Best stat there is, work horse and leader.
Grateful for all the opportunities that I have received to this point and all those that may come in the future. Ended my junior year with 2,186 yds and 23 TDs passing (76% comp). Added 612 yards and 8 TDs on the ground. Season video linked below!!.
