For those that left, I'll put money on you missing London's depth. And I feel that many people that left for Dubai and other cities will do so soon enough and return

You can be who you want to be without fear of judgement. You can change / evolve as a person and know that there'll always be like-minded people.

As someone who has never been mugged in London, and considering it is cleaner and greener than a lot of other options, especially in the U.S., no city offers the depth, variety, diversity in people, activities, food, music, theatre and sports than London.

Having spent time living and considering every other major option across the U.S., Europe and Middle East, I can happily and confidently say London is the best city in the world.

Fear is an awful mindset that takes advantage of the opportunities ahead. The solution to that fear is knowledge and community.

We cross the Cringe Bridge anyway. We accept the awkwardness. We take the risk. And we stop outsourcing our self-worth to an imaginary audience. What’s your Cringe Bridge right now?

Fear works in both ways... Fear of negative and also positive evaluation. As in, people fear success too with the attention, expectations, visibility. So what to do?

That cringe is the toll you pay for crossing into a more interesting, expansive version of your life. Psychologists call it the spotlight effect. We think people are watching our every move. Truth is, they’re not. They’re busy worrying about their own bridge.

“You’ll look stupid.” “What if people judge me?” “Who do you think you are?” So they stop. Not because the idea is bad, but because of fear. Fear of cringing. Fear of being seen trying. But here’s the truth:

Most people never walk the Cringe Bridge. They have an idea. A dream. A version of themselves they’d love to become. But then comes that voice:
