Amazing email today for those on satellite internet from @ViasatInternet @ViasatInc. In a world where we have to work at home, no break on costs or fees for more access. I used mine up in a week and now on dial-up speed. Just criminal. #makingmoneyfromCovid.

#COVID19 Very concerned about unfounded recommendations to stop ACEI/ARBs in patients with heart disease. Agree with @ACCinTouch and @AHAScience that patients need to consider these decisions in close consultation with their doctor. @UMKC @MidAmericaHeart.

I applaud UC for drawing attention to this. The quest for profits by Elsevier is impairing the sharing of science, which is our primary goal as researchers and scientists.
"Consider declining to review for Elsevier journals".Notice to All Faculty by Executive Vice Chancellor and Provost of University of California @UCsystem. Unprecedented! .See for more. #openaccess #bigdeals

Great to see real-world evidence of the QoL benefit of mitraclip. Glad to see our outcomes focus on how patients are feeling and functioning. @MidAmericaHeart @djc795 @akcmahi.
Our study from ACC/STS TVT on quality of life after edge-to-edge transcatheter mitral valve repair in real-world (mostly degenerative MR). Will be interesting to see the QOL results of COAPT.
