I don't mean to gasconade or rodomontade, but i've been looking up synonyms for "brag" in the thesaurus today. #copywriting

Here’s my next venture. It’s really a combination of my passions and experience. If you know folks in the first responder world, I’d really appreciate if you shared this with them.
I was an award-winning journalist, then a #PIO, I’m a certified #FF/#EMT. In all those experiences, I saw a real gap: PIOs are often voluntold into the role and aren’t always trained communicators. I’m building a tool for those PIOs. Get on the waitlist: https://t.co/Klk9cWdLgk

Hey @MoontowerSoccer, after the game in San Diego, I think it's about time for another Moontower interview with @AdrianHealey.

Check out my latest article: Object-oriented content modeling: thoughts on similar-but-different content types https://t.co/Dd0OX40uKA via @LinkedIn

Recently, Aaron Bradley asked a question: What is the correct degree of separation between types when building a content model? Does any difference between elements warrant a new type, or is it...

I can say that, having sent “AI” strings to translation related to “Atlassian Intelligence.”

I think I just heard a bunch of translators just ask “Does ’AI’ refer to artificial intelligence or ’Apple Intelligence’?”

This isn’t attention to detail. This is basic software dev. Strings should be properly pluralized … for all languages (b/c the rules we use in English aren’t the rules used by other languages. Use something like ICU Message Format for this kind of thing.
phrase.com
The ICU message format syntax is used by many i18n libraries and can often lead to confusion. Let's clear some facts about it.
attention to detail is writing the tiny bit of code that will make this “days” label singular vs plural

My team uses #JiraServiceManagement daily. Of course, we work for the makers of @Jira, but did you know that 50,000 teams around the world use it too, from small teams to large enterprises?
Are you suffering from Bad Service Management now? It’s time to move on from your legacy provider to the ITSM innovator with Jira Service Management. Choose Jira Service Management today: https://t.co/15WhLGqega

Which of the three writes the UI content?
At 37signals, three is a magic number. Nearly all new product work is done by teams of three people. A team of three is usually composed of two programmers and one designer. And if it’s not three, it’s two or one — not four or five. We don’t throw more people at problems, we

It’s a travesty that @AustinFC’s Guilherme Biro goal isn’t in this list. @SebadriussiOk’s gamewinner at the death was thrilling, but Biro’s banger golazo was phenomenal. Broadcast angles didn’t do it justice.
It was goals galore this weekend, but only one can win. 🔝 Who has your @ATT Goal of the Matchday vote?

Content AS data. Yes. Beware of content IS data. It creates a world where developers think they can ignore the nuance of language and meaning. See https://t.co/1WAmTIXuHm by @storyneedle.

This post looks in detail at the differences between content and data.

This is so true, and the “our editors want freedom and flexibility” mindset drives me crazy. ... ask me when I know that a project will flounder ...

I've been vaguely aware of the MUTCD, but with this article, I've started reading the guidance in the MUTCD, and it's fascinating to a content/UX nerd like me. (Simply search the PDF [! 😬] for "message" and you can easily get sucked in.) Link to PDF:

I have mixed feelings about the application of this guidance, but it sounds like it's coming from a good place. It's not everyday #ContentStrategy makes national news, but my feed has had quite a bit of chatter about this announcement.
It’s no joke. Humorous and quirky messages on electronic signs will soon disappear from highways and freeways across the country.
