i've lived in San Francisco for ~8 yrs and have personally been to the Westfield mall <10 times. i understand the tax base implications the mall's departure has, but its departure seems like a great opp'y to build something in a prime location that SF residents actually want.

Congrats Frontier team!. $100M is a small step for global emissions & a giant leap for CDR cos. $100M buys 100-1,000 kton of new CDR (assuming $100-1,000/t). While this is a small % of global emissions, it is many years of offtake for scaling CDR co's who need offtake to grow.

This is a huge milestone for the team and an incredible show of support for Noya's new approach. We're at the very beginning of this journey, and Noya's technology will be the leader in delivering removals using abundant materials
6/ Our direct air capture process uses activated carbon monoliths coated with a blend of CO2 capture chemicals to separate CO2 from ambient air. We then use the direct application of electricity to electro-thermally desorb our captured CO2 for permanent removal and sequestration

So excited to take the lid off of this and share that Noya has closed a Series A round of financing from USV and Collab Fund! 🚀 . With this capital, Noya will be removing carbon from the air this year and start delivering removals to our earliest customers.
