This entire thread NEEDS to be read by those advocating for fitness tests like the Pres Fitness test & others to come back to schools. It’s 2025 & surely we know better by now! Norm referencing has no place in #PhysEd.
I’m seeing calls to bring back Presidential fitness testing. I’d like to share a bit of its history and why, if they bring it back, there needs to be some modifications.
