Just push map to 75 and resuscitate before you intubate. I’m a big ketamine guy but will generally let residents take their pick so long as they resuscitate well. I do think EM underutilizes DSI, tho

I’m a simple ER doc, but this is a mistake. The hepatitis B vaccine is safe and effective. The birth dose is a recommendation, not a mandate. Before it, THOUSANDS of babies were infected. Ending it risks reversing progress and making America sicker.

Viral conjunctivitis is super contagious because of the high viral load in the discharge. Once discharge gets better for 24 hours (like "fever free for 24 hours" in other viral things), they can probably get back to school. Conjunctivitis might stay and that's OK
