Years ago I watched a vid where the thesis was ppl who are good at games are bad at school bc school moves at the pace of the slowest in the class while games dynamically adapt to always challenge you. Can’t verify the validity but the smartest ppl I know are all good at games.

To everyone who said they’d never play League unless it has WASD:.
WASD will be coming as an new official input method. Flash has 3 settings, "Cursor", "WASD with Cursor Enhanced", "WASD with Cursor Fallback". Unsure what they do. Can still click to move under WASD. Has a toggle to smart cast to shoot in the direction your character is facing

Call it mental illness but my favorite thing ever is to be wholeheartedly consumed by a hyperfixation… if I’m going down the rabbit hole for a game or hobby I’m going all the way to the bottom.

i'm really gonna miss league :( the team has the most passionate people on earth. it's been an absolute pleasure learning and growing alongside them. league is the game that inspired me to pursue game dev. i will always love League of Legends :).
