Sunken Shadows Nami and Prestige Winterblessed Mel got updated splashes during the last PBE, just got the HD versions from Riot. Also Prestige Eternal Aspect Zoe with the reduced headsize and adjusted eyes, they should be added to the wiki super soon.

Currently got no idea how you get the chromas for the battle pass skins. I guess they'll just be purchasable once you unlock the skins for 290 rp as usual.
