Who knows where the time goes? Sharing some fond memories of Dave Kusworth last night with @johnnyp_p, both of us privileged to have been able to count him as a friend. (Photo by Brendan Jackson)

Yet again, that off mic falsetto at the end of Mysteries slays me. Oh Beth.

Very sad to hear of the death of Mark 'Mack' McDonald who founded the legendary and brilliant Sensateria nights in Birmingham, upstairs at The Powerhouse. This was a formative night for me playing Psych, Garage, Shoegaze, Indie and some great lighting. RIP Mack

For Mack - Thank you for the musical education back at the Sensateria in the late 80’s, early 90’s - Musically, you made me who I am today. Remembered as a true Birmingham legend. RIP Mark✊🏻 https://t.co/2Nrlc2Ffer

Some sad news here in Brum, we've lost Mark 'Mac' MacDonald. For anyone alternatively minded in the late 80s/early 90s, he was behind the Sensateria club, & then 1/3 of Klub Catusi. DJ/Visual Artist/supporter of groovy music. R.I.P. sir... @moseleyfolk

Four absolute bangers in the post today. That version of Sookie Sookie.. Please. A couple inspired by Jason Pierce’s Bakers Dozen last week, and everyone needs Rock Creek Park on 45. #cheapheat

Putting aside his concerns about the "nonsense" of the process, @officialSpzd leader Jason Pierce takes us through a thoughtful selection of soul, gospel, country, jazz and R&B deep cuts There’s Nothing Better: Jason Pierce’s Favourite Albums https://t.co/7QGWi1IKKq

Not a bad way to spend a Thursday afternoon in Leamington Spa. Two masters of their craft, John Rivers and John Leckie sharing stories. An absolute pleasure to spend time in their company.

The off mic falsetto at the end of Mysteries totally reminded me of this. Only Beth.
