Purely my opinion, but I agree with Tony. When you short a share you take on infinite risk. Period. When you naked short a stock, you have now not only taken on infinite risk, you have also counterfeited a SECURITY. This is FRAUD and should be punishable by prison time. Now.

Just to get this correct, AGAIN! The CEO and management of MMAT were in charge of the Series A Pref when it became tradable. I was the person who notified OTC that it wasn't supposed to trade. I was the one who called the company to plead with them that this was not supposed to.

Maybe you should extend your investigation into June of 21 when OCC approved options on $TRCH and then instructed MMs, but NO ONE else, that they were not going to require settlement of the dividend and try to get it to (Pref) trade against Company wishes. A reply would be nice.
