I cannot tell you how disgusted I am by politicians actively trying to cover up yet another terrible scandal. After decades of cover up for both the post office & blood scandal. And no one ever ends up responsible, why?

Don't disrespect yourself by begging anybody for the bare minimum. You will never have to ask the right person for attention, time, respect, loyalty, or love... because you're worth it and you deserve it. If someone doesn't give you the basics freely, don't try to force them.

You can't fix stupid. You can't heal toxic. Loving people harder doesn't make them love you back. Overexplaining yourself constantly doesn't mean you will be understood. When you realize this, you will be free.

When I turn on my TV I don't want to select a profile, see a load of adverts and apps then press guide then scroll to a channel and press select. I want it to immediately tune to BBC1 or ITV like TVs did successfully for decades. This is not progress.
