This is how pay packages should be. Why not encourage CEOs to hit milestones unlike how it’s done now where they’re often paid 10s of millions while stock goes down. It’s obvious that @RolandForTexas is reacting to the massive wealth that was created but that’s what happens
@RolandForTexas You are a taker, not a maker. All you’ve done your whole life is take from the makers of the world. The zero-sum mindset you have is at the root of so much evil. Once you realize that civilization is not zero-sum and that it is about making far more than one consumes, then it

Good for @elonmusk. I completely disagree with judges interfering in the decisions of companies, boards, and their management with respect to compensation. Rulings like the the Tesla case makes great companies leave Delaware or worse. It's supposed to be a free market.

He can’t sell

Correct. The huge amount of corrections were seeing after IPOs is pretty clear that the current system isn’t working.
This was what I was hoping to fix with SPACs. You may not like SPAC founder promotes or other forms of value transfer to intermediaries but you can never claim it wasn't disclosed. The Circle IPO, and ALL traditional IPOS, are the opposite. Value is transferred to randoms and it

2/ Even after security/privacy approvals & full understanding, some BD/innovation teams keep it contained. It stays in BD/marketing—useful, but nowhere near as impactful as if partners used it directly.

🚨 A common roadblock in legal tech adoption: Partners & MPs are eager, BD/innovation teams even buy—but the product never reaches the partners. Why? Fear. Internal teams hesitate to put something truly new in front of partners in case it backfires.

Speaking as a long time legal client, long-term relationship - communication, trust, and reliability are key. Keep your clients feeling like they're the only one in your world, and you'll have a keeper. It's not just about legal ability.
