Obviously very different situations, but this is one reason why I’m slightly concerned on Saquon Barkley. Players tell media they’re fine all the time. Terry McLaurin said he was fine. Now it’s deemed a true setback and likely going to cost him weeks. Not good.

Lean towards Calvin Ridley missing one more game and then returning post-bye, which would mean at least one more strong utilization week for Chimere Dike. Once Ridley is back, hopefully Dike’s usage sticks.

On paper, this is correct, which is why the most likely scenario is that Cam Skattebo is active Week 1, 2026. However, it’ll likely be closer to 10-12 months until he looks 80-90% of himself. “Not a complicated rehab” is not something that should have been said here.

Cam Skattebo’s injury has roughly 6 month recovery, which means even at the very latest benchmark, he should be ready to roll for OTAs and minicamp. A horrific looking injury, but not a complicated rehab.

Not surprising. Good news the tibia wasn’t involved too. It’ll likely be close to a full year for Cam Skattebo. For now, I would project for him to be close to himself in mid-2026 (Oct/Nov) with a chance he’s doing well in September if healing goes really smoothly. Also a chance
Rap: Cam Skattebo suffered dislocated ankle, fibula fracture and deltoid ligament rupture. He underwent successful surgery and is expected back for the offseason program.
