1. Form a rescue fund for affected users to make the community whole 2. Get all data from Globiance on affected users. 3. The rescue fund should at later date be recovered from Globiance. 4. Make the community and working group such a strong force that no one else can take XDC

Enough is enough for everyones patience on globiance matter.. There should not be a blame game at each other. Lets fix this and make XDC community stronger and powerful I suggest all affected participants to form a working group with someone like @AndreCasterman @blocksec_xdc
I truly hope that you and XDC will stand together and fight alongside us, Andre. A world where the Layer 1 chain doesn’t protect us is just too painful for those of us who have supported XDC since the beginning. ( I understand that Layer 1 has no obligation to protect Layer 2)
