1-Just HOW unaccountable is @XiaomiIndia to it's customers? My son's in-warranty Xiaomi phone BURST INTO FLAMES next to him in Feb this year. The mattress caught fire, his hand was singed, the phone cooked & the company unresponsive since then, despite video & photo evidence.
