Dear @EricTopol,.Can we leverage our influence to ask important questions that go beyond short-term gains? Are these significant weight reductions resulting in muscle loss? If so, are we inadvertently contributing to a silent epidemic of frailty among adults in the coming years?.
Just published @NEJM .A randomized trial of Semaglutide (Ozempic) vs Tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound) at max doses demonstrates superiority of the latter for weight loss.
