That’s not the point. Refs miss calls all the time. You know what doesn’t happen? League calling 90 seconds later to force a penalty called.. unless it benefits a certain team.

Why does it matter? After all, they eventually got the call right. It matters because lots of calls would get "corrected" late if the league could buzz in at any time, even on non-reviewal plays. How much time do they get to mull it? 90 seconds? Three minutes? Bad, dirty look.
