Referee Brad Allen appears incompetent, arrogant, or both. He said Lions lineman Dan Skipper reported as eligible and Decker did not. Both players say the opposite happened. Video evidence indicates Decker did report. Lions in the midst of another NFL fiasco, fall at Dallas 20-19.

Referee Brad Allen somehow didn't see/hear Taylor Decker report as eligible. Supposedly, it's on the player to make it clear he's reporting. But Decker's face was 12 inches from Allen's, and nothing was said/heard??? Looks like an officiating gaffe to me.
