Spreadsheets are tools for thinking
Interesting perspective but it misunderstands the job spreadsheets do. Sure, there is a great volume of spreadsheets that can and should be coded into oblivion. And they will be. Good riddance But the most valuable spreadsheets are tools for thinking. Trying to solve that

I think the worst part of AI development is that when you have something good and want to add those one or two more little features and the LLM gets confused and starts breaking things. I know that true agent first development is the solve for this. But 'm not there yet.

AI in it's currently form will not take all white collar jobs, but I truly believe it can elevate them. I brainstormed with notebook LLM on some analysis, gave tons of feedback. We went back and forth. Deliverable looked like crap. Fed to Claude, got it back 99% correct.

I've been running PPC longer than most agencies have existed. The game in 2026 vs 10 years ago? Not even close. Then: - Higher margins - Actual complexity that rewarded expertise - Full visibility into what you were paying for Now: - Worse returns across the board - Platform

I'm starting to think I need to start learning to love cooking, gardening, and home improvement projects At my age you can only work out so many hours in the day. What am I going to do with all the time that frees up as a result of AI.

So, by the end of the year there's like an 80% chance we occupy Venezuela, Cuba and Greenland

Oh good, we are going to offer to buy Greenland vs invading it. I'm starting to think we are truly entering a new world order

Anyone using LLMs to parse error logs and suggest fixes? Idea is too technical for me but seems like a winner
