Geen fijne KEV. De klimaatdoelen raken uit zicht. Ook minder wind op zee, zonnepanelen en warmtepompen, waarschuwt het PBL. De energierekening van huishoudens en bedrijven leunt daarmee dus ook zwaarder op onzeker aardgas. Tijd voor actie.
