Some teachers seem like naturally gifted educators. They may well be… but that doesn’t mean they don’t work really hard at it. People don’t just show up exceptional… they make a commitment to do whatever it takes… to BE exceptional.

Don't give up! Build relationships!
There are some kids I can’t figure out how to motivate. I just can’t seem to get through to ‘em. Maybe you have some of those students too. I don’t know the answer...but I do know this: we must keep supporting them; we must keep encouraging them; and we must keep loving them.
