Why not page us so we don’t wait. We have a 2 year old & the flight was already delayed over 2 hours. So frustrated. We have no idea when our bags come and don’t have easy access to buy things. Holiday off to an awful start.

2 days without our luggage. They arrived in Ottawa yesterday at 3:20pm but have not heard from the delivery service. @airfrance We waited for over 1.5 hours for our bags only to go to the desk & have them say yes they knew the whole time we were on the flight.

Can confirm. Sometimes they also tow your car to a random street so they can clear the snow and you have to call the city to find out where it is.
